Laura started her design business in 2008 during the middle of a recession – with the goal in mind that everyone deserved to live a more beautiful life no matter their budget. The area newspaper took interest and published a lifestyle feature on her “micro-decorating” philosophy and from there the business grew exponentially. In the time since, the economy has grown as has her client base and scope of projects.

With a deep love of historic architecture, European design aesthetic, beautiful gardens and comfortable, functional and stylish living, Laura brings her years of design and experience-making moments with a touchstone of patina to any space. But what really differentiates Laura is her knack as a design “clairvoyant” – a nickname given to her by clients who say she can deliver a design that even they didn’t know they wanted until it’s revealed.

Laura believes that design should be fun and collaborative – working with her clients as much or as little as they would like – one room or the entire home!
